PAYMENT

Any  cancellation or other booking changes (if applicable) must be done via email to mundomayatravels@yahoo.com 

Full payments should be made at the time of booking to ensure reservation.  

Single Route Private Transfers (Belize) 

• Cancelations done 72 hours or less prior to date of service is non-refundable.  
• Cancelation 4 days or more prior to date of service to be rendered will incur a 25% cancelation fee.    
• Cancelation of private transfer by service provider (us) due to climatic conditions, political, or other unforeseen circumstances is fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.  We, however, are not responsible for other costs incurred should this be the case.  

Collective Shuttle(land)/Ferry(marine)  

• These services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-interchangeable.  
• Travel and border crossings times for collective services can vary. We are not responsible for shuttle delays, client delayed arrival, late arrivals to destinations or other things that could affect ongoing travel or incur additional expenses to travelers.  
• Cancelation of collective Shuttle/Ferry by service providers due to climatic conditions is fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no extra cost, however we are not responsible for other costs incurred should this be the case.  

Tours/ Special Multi-route itineraries/ Routes outside of Belize 

• Cancelation policy is defined as per specific route, tour activities, and conditions and stated in travel itinerary/quotation.  

Other:  

• A No-Show (for private transfers or special itineraries) is understood after a 30-minute period.  Should there be an issue, be sure to contact us via WhatsApp or email.  
• Any issues with immigration for entry into the country or exit via land border, sea or air. We cannot be held responsible and service is nonrefundable.
