· Any cancellation of bookings must be done via email to mundomayatravels@yahoo.com
· Full payments should be done at the time of booking.
Private Transfers:
· Cancelations done with 48 hours prior to date of service will be refunded fully at 100%.
· Cancelation with24 hours of service to be rendered will incur a 25% cancelation fee.
· Cancelation with less than 24 hours of service to be rendered will not be refundable.
Cancelation of private transfer by service provider due to climatic conditions are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no extra cost. We however are not responsible for other costs incurred should this be the case.
Collective Shuttle/Ferry and tours.
· Cancelations done 4 days prior to travel will be refunded fully at 100%.
· Cancelation done 72 hours prior to date of travel or service will be refunded less a service charge of 15%.
· Cancelation with 48 hours or less of service to be rendered will not be refundable.
Cancelation of collective Shuttle/Ferry and tours, by service provider due to climatic conditions are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no extra cost, however we are not responsible for other costs incurred should this be the case.
Other:
· A No-Show is understood after a 30 minute period, in the case of private and collective transfers and are not refundable . Should there be an issue, be sure to contact us via email or phone
· Be sure to advise of any travel plan changes to be sure that we can best accommodate your needs.
· Any issues with immigration for entry into the country or exit via land border or air. We cannot be held responsible and service is nonrefundable.
